Hello and thank you for reading my profile. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (WA-LW 6019703) in the state of Washington. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (2000) from University of Delaware and my Master’s Degree in Social Work (2007) from University of Southern Maine, became a licensed independent clinician in 2010.

I have a total of 20 years of social work experience in agencies (Blue Mountain Heart to Heart, The Health Center at Lincoln High School), health care settings (Jonathan M. Wainwright VA Medical Center, Providence St. Mary Medical Center and Maine Medical Center), and private practice with children, teens, adults and families. I am an EMDR trained practitioner who also utilizes Internal Family Systems. I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I strive to discern what each client is hoping to learn about themelves through our time together and beyond. I am open-minded and believe in our inherent ability to create positive change in our lives. I enjoy working with people around their interpersonal relationships, boundaries, and personal power. I participate in a peer consultation group with other masters level practitioners, and I supervise social workers seeking clinical licensure.
