He primarily utilizes Bowen, Object Relations, Solution Focused, Gottman, as well as Narrative Therapy. These frameworks catch reality, finding concrete solutions. He also utilizes Existential and Rogerian Therapy in exploring personal values and unique identities that engenders resiliency.

Patrick Calvo, LMFT earned a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, as well as a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at Regent College (a college within the University of British Columbia).
