I was born and raised in Walla Walla and am deeply attached to this land and community. My mission is to serve this region through my therapeutic and creative work, with a focus on helping others deepen their connection to their whole selves: mind, body, and soul. By working to mend the divide between mind, body, and soul that many of us experience, I support clients’ self-trust, self-acceptance, healing, and growth.
I draw from a wide range of frameworks and practical resources, including traditional talk therapy (humanistic, Gestalt, IFS, ACT, CBT); somatic approaches (Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, NARM); research from the fields of neuroscience, nutrition and physiology; movement/dance; and art. I bring warmth, humor, perspective, and show up as my genuine self.
I currently provide in-person and telehealth therapy, with a practice located in downtown Walla Walla. My areas of specialization include body image issues, life and work transitions, creativity, anxiety, relational issues, issues of young adulthood, existential questions, dissociation, and couples therapy/communication.
