I draw upon many therapeutic approaches to assist you in developing a way of approaching yourself (your pain, your needs, your desires, and your experiences) with self-compassion rather than patterns of self-abuse. We will also focus on insights to help you better understand your experiences and then develop the tools to manage and/or heal them.
