Hi, I’m Jordan. I believe that therapy should be a supportive, collaborative space where you feel truly heard, understood, and encouraged to grow. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect, and centered on building a strong therapeutic relationship.
I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation to help clients gain insight, develop tools for resilience, and move toward their personal goals. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your experiences and feel empowered in your healing journey.
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling at Western New Mexico University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I bring professional experience supporting both adolescents and adults as a caregiver and counseling intern.
